Villa Sol Y Luna consists of a beautifully designed 5,200 square feet, luxury 4 bedrooms property with spacious loft and 5 bathrooms, with the the most spectacular views from almost every window in the property as well as a large infinity pool and top of the line, 5 people capacity, hydro-massage hot tub.
Main house or 'Sol' is the larger of the 2 properties, consisting on an open concept kitchen + living area + loft and 2 in suite bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, remote control ceiling fans, privacy roll down shutters, TV sets with 300 cable channels and large king size bed with memory foam tempurpedic mattresses. Master suite has walk in closet, double vanities, soaking tub and large shower with rain fall shower head. Adjacent to the main house is the cottage or "Luna", which consists on a 2 stories building. On the 1St floor, are located the living area + kitchen and full bathroom. Upstairs, on the second floor is located the master suite, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, privacy roll down shutters, TV set with 300 cable channels, large king size bed with tempurpedic mattress, as well as another full bathroom with double vanities and beautiful marble shower. Between the 2 properties is located the main entertainment infinity pool area with a full bar, including ice machine, fridge and propane barbecue grill. There are lounge chairs, as well as dining table and bar stools for additional seating.
